The Honorable City Prosecutor Office of the City Prosecutor 3rd Floor, Pasay City Hall Bldg SAV-I, Pasay City Sir/Madam: I have the honor to refer to you herewith a case of ROBBERY with HOMICIDE fo r INQUEST committed on or about 8:30 P.M., August 1, 2013 at Taft Avenue corner Me nlo Street, Pasay City wherein the victims of robbery were identified as RODRIGO MEL CHOR, 26 years old, single, and a resident of #7 Pictorial Lane Area 5, Fourth Estate, B rgy. San Antonio Paraaque City; LAISA CUARTERO, sister of Rodrigo Melchor, 24, m arried, resident of Blk-13 Lot-8 Pag-ibig Homes, Las Pias City; and FAIZAH LINZAG, ( PASTE PERSONAL CIRCUMSTANCES HERE). The homicide victim, RODRIGO MEL CHOR, had the same identification as mentioned above. While the suspects are identifi ed as JAN MICHAEL S. DELA CRUZ, 30 years old, single, jobless and presently residi ng at Mangahan Site, Masville, Brgy. BF Homes, Paraaque City, and RICHARD ROS ALES, 28 years old, single, jobless and presently residing at Duhatan Site, Masville, Br gy. BF Homes, Paraaque City (UNDER CUSTODY).

Facts of the Case: That on or about 8:00 P.M., the 1st day of August, 2013, in the City of Pasay, Phi lippines, the suspects, conspiring and confederating together to commit robbery, and m utually helping each other, boarded a passenger jeep at Taft Avenue corner Menlo St. , announced a hold-up. After successfully taking the personal properties of the passeng ers inside the jeep, right before the suspects could flee, victim RODRIGO MELCHOR tri ed to recover his mobile phone which triggered them to use a bladed weapon against R ODRIGO MELCHOR and inflicting upon the latter multiple stab wounds which was the d irect and immediate cause of his death thereafter. Passengers were able to get the atte ntion of two (2) Barangay Tanod, simultaneously. Thereby causing the suspects appreh ension.
