INTRODUCTION
Hand and arm protection is required when the risk of injury from cuts/punctures, burns, chemicals, electrical shock, human blood or body fluids, or abrasive material cannot be engineered out of the workplace. There is not a single type of glove that will provide adequate protection from all exposures.

Leather Gloves
Protect against sparks, moderate heat, blows, chips, and rough objects. Welders in particular need the durability of higherquality leather gloves.
CONCLUSION
OSHA requires that you implement a PPE program to help you systematically assess the hazards in the workplace and select the appropriate PPE that will protect workers from those hazards. employees must also comply with all instructions of the employer while doing work that does not happen injuries are from to workers.
