    MERGE WITH FINANCE

    A co. XYZ ltd. Is doing a tremendous business for last few years. The H.R. department of the company is also performing very well, the company wanted to expand its business to gain more profits. The H.R. department recruited 50 experienced candidates ,the company promised to give CTC of 12,00,000. After a month two candidates X & Y raised query about their designations, & also finance department has released RS.1,00,000 for X & RS.90, 000 for Y. whose Mistake it is Finance department or H.R. department also suggest the solution to the problem & answer how will you retain the employee?
