    Also here is the summarize of process for this. Once CoO is filled in and signed by any of the entities mentioned above; MUST be : 1- When signing should be notarized. 2- Should be stamped by a Commerce of Chamber recognized and listed within the States covered by Consulate of Mexico in New York New Jersey, Connecticut, New York. 3- Stamp by the Consulate of Mexico in New York.
