The Elva Norman Memorial Scholarship is an annual scholarship established to financially
assist women pursuing a degree in communications.
Applicants can be full or part time and must meet the following criteria:

Must be a female student enrolled in the School of Communications

Must be of junior or senior status for 2014-2015

Must be a non-traditional student (age 25 and above)
