Important Instructions for Assignment:

1. Report Preparation : Header : Topic; Footer : Participants Full-Name with Roll No, Division; MS Word; Font Arial; Font Size 12; No Minimum/Maximum number of pages; 2. Presentation Preparation : MS Powerpoint; Font - Arial; Font Size 18; No Minimum/Maximum number of pages; Each slide must have a Header indicating the topic; Each slide must have a Footer indicating MET logo on left bottom and Subject Environment Management on the right bottom; Entire presentation time must not exceed 20-minutes at the maximum. 3. Report and PPT in soft-copy to be mailed into : priyakenkare@rediffmail.com On or before : 1300hrs of Saturday 4th January, 2014; 4. Presentations shall begin from Monday 6th January, 2014 and topics will be announced impromptu. 5. Each member is expected to be ready at any given time with complete information and materials for presentation. Marks will be allotted based on the team members presence at the time of classroom presentation and participation on random call. 6. Report and PPT in soft-copy to be put onto a single CD with only the Topic written in Black Marker on the CD cover, which must be presented to the faculty, on Monday 6th January, 2014 (irrespective of whether you have a session on the day or not.

7. Marks distribution will be as follows : a) Report & Presentation (Soft Copy) 10 Marks; b) Classroom Presentation - 20 Marks; (Content-Grasp-Presentation Skills-Q&A tackling ability etc) c) Presentation Formalities/Preparedness 15 Marks; (Attire-Grooming-Technical Readiness etc) d) Discretionary Limit 05 Marks; POINT-TO-NOTE : If any team member is not available or has abstained(voluntarily/otherwise) from participation in this effort, other members are expected to continue, irrespective of the number comprising the team and to inform faculty via email, at the time of mailing-in the soft-copy of Report & PPT. ****************************************************************
