Scenario

I am writing a complaint letter to the Manager of Swiss Chalet, Mrs. Maxine. This complaint letter is about getting a beef burger instead of vegetarian burger and some of the past issues with the staff members.

Complain Letter
DATED: January 27th 2014 Dear Mrs. Maxine I am writing to bring in your notice a very serious issue I had Last week on January 16th 2014 in your restaurant. I ordered a vegetarian Burger Meal and it turned out to be a Beef Burger when I took the first bite. I am vegetarian and especially a Hindu and dont eat Beef and its presence in my burger was Jarring. I showed the burger to the staff and they offered me to make a new Vegetarian Burger. But I was so disappointed I decided to eat the Salad instead. I am a regular customer at your restaurant, and I have had some issues with the staff and their customer service in the past. I would like to know how this happened and why I am having these small issues lately with your staff. I am also concerned with the behaviour of one of your staff member when I asked to talk to a supervisor and she totally refused to let me do that while I was in the restaurant.
