October 30, 2012 University of Mississippi Admissions Office: As Daniel Robertsons honors English teacher for the past

three years, I wish to recommend him without reservation for acceptance into and scholarship opportunities at your university. Daniel boasts a full resume of accomplishments and honors as a high school student, and I know he will be an asset to student life and academic life as a college student as well. During his years at Mars Hill Bible School, Daniel has been a quality student first and foremost. He grade-point average exceeds a 4.0, and his standardized test scores are something to be proud of. He has taken several honors, dual credit, and early scholar classes as well. What his resume cannot reveal is his involvement in his coursework; I can always count on Daniel to participate actively in discussions and to think about whatever were studying. More than just a student, Daniel has participated in campus organizations ranging from the debate team to the National Honor Society, has served in leadership positions, and has received recognition in almost all of those activities. In addition to his academic and extracurricular life, Daniel has logged numerous community service hours, over 650 hours. This sense of the greater good will serve him well in college as Im sure your university is intentional about service opportunities as well. From tutoring underprivileged children to doing stateside mission work, Daniel has gained valuable experience and perspective from these community service efforts. Daniel is a well-rounded, outgoing, versatile, adaptable student who has much to offer your university. His future is bright. Thank you for giving him every consideration.
