An intense coaching programme for Management Graduates

Module 7: Communication at Work Includes: Non verbal communication body language, gestures Verbal communication Written communication - Email Etiquette Listening Skills Methodology: Instruction, team games, exercises, role plays Module 8: Presentation Skills Methodology: Instruction and mock presentation sessions with feedback, case study models Module 9: Leadership Building Includes: Problem Solving Techniques, Logical reasoning Methodology: Instruction, team games Module 10: Time & Stress Management Includes: Emotional Intelligence Methodology: Instruction Module 11: Conflict Management Methodology: Instruction, role plays with simulation. Module 12: Team Building Module 13: Grooming and power dressing Evaluation Sessions: Interviews and Counseling External interviewers from different industries with immediate feedback.
