As once remarked by Nelson Mandela, Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the

world. I have a deep faith in the statement because education is the only way through which changes can take place in any powerless, non vocal, vulnerable group of the society. It is a silent yet most effective source which can be the reason behind the changes in millions of lives. Being a Development Professional my job is to facilitate people and thus I want to facilitate the people with the fine sense of judgment and empower them with knowledge so that they can stand on their own feet and take their independent decisions rather than taking decisions for them. For this purpose I see children are the best channels because inculcation of good habits is easier in them. Looking at the statistical data which says there is high percentage of drop outs, low percentage of children going for higher secondary education and many others has motivated me to make a move in the area. Since this organization is well known for its interventions in this sector and so I want to be a part of this family. I am a jolly person and I am blessed with good rapport building ability. My biggest strength is my organizing skills. I have a quite good experiencing of organizing events formal like college fests and non-formal like birthdays and anniversaries. I have represented my class in various seminars and events being the Class Representative. I like doing it and hence I have grown better at it. Apart from organizing events my strength lies in giving my best to a task that I put my mind to.
