Dual VVT-i Engine with ACIS* (Dual Variable Valve Timing-Intelligent Engine with Acoustic Control Induction System) Dual VVT-i continuously optimises the timing of the intake and exhaust valves according to driving conditions, for a high level of engine performance, enhanced economy and lowered emissions. ACIS optimises intake air according to the engine speed,

enhancing engine efficiency and increasing torque across the engines range. 2. VVT-i Engine** (Variable Valve Timing-Intelligent Engine) VVT-i continuously varies the timing of the opening and closing of the intake valves in 1/1000th of a second to deliver powerful acceleration, fuel efficiency and cleaner emissions.
