9. Food Pyramids
This pyramid is used to offer advice to people about what amounts of different kinds of food they should eat each day. The larger the area of the region, the more of that kind of food is recommended. So, for example, people are encouraged to eat lots of grains, but very little fats, oils and sweets.

1. By finding the area of particular sections of the pyramid, state the recommended percentages of the total daily diet which should be allocated to: fats, oils, and sweets;
