Collect the Student File and Original Offer Letter 2. Lengkapkan Fail Peribadi / Complete the Student File KAUNTER 3 (PUSAT ICT) / COUNTER 3 (ICT CENTRE) Tindakan yang perlu diambil/ Actions to be taken: 1. Sesi Fotografi Kad Matrik / Photography Session for Matric Card KAUNTER 4 (PUSAT KESIHATAN) / COUNTER 4 (MEDICAL CENTRE) Tindakan yang perlu diambil / Actions to be taken : 1. Serah Borang Laporan Pemeriksaan Kesihatan Pelajar yang telah lengkap. Submit the complete Student Medical Examination Report. Penyerahan Fail Pelajar Mengikut Fakulti di Kaunter Fakulti/ Submission of Student File According to the Faculty at the Facultys Counter Tindakan yang perlu diambil / Actions to be taken : 1. Serah Fail Peribadi Pelajar yang lengkap. Submit the complete Student File 2. Serah borang Ikrar Pelajar / Submit the Students Oath form 3. Serah Surat Tawaran Biasiswa (jika berkaitan) Submit the copy of the Scholarship letter (if relevant)
