MARKETING STRATEGY

The immediate need for business to remain relevant in the competitive environment is mainly to adopt an integrated commercial strategy to expand its capabilities and survival. ABCD believes in four pronged strategies across four key areas: Marketing of equity coal in international seaborne markets. Expanding origination activities or the buying and selling of third-party coal

supplies to satisfy international buyer requirements Optimizing our logistics and freight operations to minimize, reduce and management and better compete on price Strengthening trading operations by establishing a proprietary trading book costs

The Groups domestic sales and service network cover substantially all of the major coal mining provinces and regions in the PRC, and are in close proximity to most of the Groups domestic customers located in Shanxi, Shaanxi, Anhui, Henan, Shandong, Guizhou, Hebei, Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning and Gansu Provinces, as well as Inner Mongolia, Ningxia and Xinjiang Autonomous Regions.
