, Plaintiff,
-versus-
Civil case No. For: Annulment of Document and Damages with Prayer for Issuance of Temporay Restraining Order and Writ of Preliminary Injunction
, Defendants. X-------------------------------------------------------------x
DEFENDANT, Teodoro Bercasio Mananhaya, by myself, and unto this Honorable Court, most respectfully aver: 1. That I admit the allegations as stated in the Motion to Declare Defendants in Default; 2. That considering the plaintiff and I are close relatives, I am finding earnest efforts to amicably settle this case; 3. That should our efforts be successful it would unload the burden from this Court and would bring more satisfactory reliefs to all the parties;
4. That this is in no way intended to delay the proceedings of the case; and
Wherefore, I humbly plead before this Honorable Court to cast a liberal eye regarding my plight and grant me a little more time to settle this dispute amicably.
