RECITALS
A. Sublessor is the lessee of real property that is available for subleasing.
B.Sublessee desires to sublease residential property to occupy and use as their residence.
C. Lessor of the master lease agreement described in Section VI desires to permit the sublessor the right to
sublease the residential property described in Section I.
In consideration of the matters described above, and of the mutual benefits and obligations set forth in this
agreement, the parties agree as follows:
SECTION I - SUBJECT OF SUBLEASE
Sublessor shall sublease to prospective sublessee the residential property leased by sublessor located at

SECTION II - TERM OF LEASE

SECTION V - NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS

SECTION VI - MASTER LEASE AGREEMENT
The sublease agreement incorporates and is subject to the master lease agreement between the sublessor and
lessor, a copy of which is attached hereto, and which is hereby referred to and incorporated as if it wereset out
here at length. The sublessee agrees to assume all of the obligations and responsibilities of the sublessor under
the master lease agreement for the duration of the sublease agreement.
SECTION VII - LESSOR APPROVAL
This sublease is not binding upon either party unless approved by the lessor as provided below, provided
such approval is required by the master lease agreement.
SECTION VII - BINDING EFFECT
The covenants and conditions contained in this lease agreement shall apply to and bind the heirs, legal
representatives, and assigns of the parties to this lease agreement, and all covenants are to be construed as
conditions of this lease.
SECTION VIII - GOVERNING LAW
It is agreed that this agreement shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of

SECTION IX - ATTORNEY FEES
In the event that any action is filed in relation to this agreement, the unsuccessful party in the action shall pay
to the successful party, in addition to all the sums that either party may be called on to pay, a reasonable sum
for the successful party's attorney fees.
SECTION X - ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This agreement shall constitute the entire agreement between the parties. Any prior understanding or
representation of any kind preceding the date of this agreement shall not be binding upon either party except to
the extent incorporated in this agreement.

Any modification of this agreement or additional obligation assumed by either party in connection with this
