Coordinator to prepare Proforma !nvoice #P!) and Order .cknowled$ement #O.), the dispatch date and week to /e mentioned in the O. after discussion with the mana$er. a. !f +he Pa%ment term sa%s 1001 a$ainst P! send the P! follow up for the pa%ment, once the pa%ment is received dispatch the spares. /.Check with the courier if there is service for the particular place - If service is available +he coordinator has to supervise the packin$ of material +hen the coordinator Prepares 2 (C, !nvoice and (eclaration. 3 Show Sample to be done during Training in !S"#I$ Software If the courier is going outside angalore the originals of the above documents are %ept inside the parcel and a copy of documents given to the courier company& +he coordinator then will $ive the dispatch details to the customer. Coordinator has to +rack the same till it reaches the customer.

    c. !f there is no service with our re$istered courier, Coordinator has to find the courier which has service to the particular place. Procure the rates (iscuss with the mana$er and $et approval. 4ollow the dispatch process.
