    kind knowledge the injustice by the department and request for remedy in this regards. 1. That Sir, I have qualified engineering supervisors training from RTTS, Karachi vide DE RTTS Karachi No. DTR/TCK/EXAM-6/4-II/130 dated 31-07-98 2. 3. That Sir, I have been working as a Telecom Technician since 14-12-1992 That Sir, I have been awarded Group-IV on 17-09-2009 in Extra Cadre vide NTC Gazette (2.26) clause instead of regular promotion as Engineering Supervisor while most of the supervisors who neither have joined the department before me nor they have south ES training before me are not only awarded regular promotion as ES. They are also allowed to appear in Class-II exam. Keeping in view I request your kind honour to grant me promotion as regular Engineering Supervisor w.e.f the date of completion of ES training and make necessary remedy in this regard.
