For the dough 1 teacup whole wheat flour 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon oil 3 teaspoons melted butter or oil (for cooking For the spinach corn stuffing 4 teacups finely chopped spinach 1/! teacup cooked corn ! onions" chopped ! green chillies" chopped ! teaspoons oil salt to taste Method $or the dough" mi% all the ingredients and add enough water to make a soft dough# &ivide the dough into 1' portions and roll out each portion into very thin 1(' mm# diameter rounds# $or the spinach corn stuffing" heat the oil and fry the onions for 1/! minute# )dd the green chillies and fry again for a few seconds# )dd the spinach and cook for ! minutes# &rain the water" if any# )dd the corn and salt# +o proceed" cook each roti on a tawa (griddle very lightly for a few seconds# Put a portion of the stuffing in each paratha and fold into a semi-circle# )rrange on a greased baking tray# /rush the parathas lightly with butter or oil and bake in a hot oven at !'' degree 0 (4'' degree $ until light pink in colour (about ( minutes # )lternatively" cook on a tawa (griddle on both sides and brush lightly with butter or oil# 1erve hot#
