com 619-814-2370 ext. 16 Mayor Kevin Faulconer and Council President Todd Gloria Announce Official Launch of Balboa Park Explorer Pass Limited Time Charter Explorer Opportunity Locks in Low Price for Three Years SAN DIEGO, CA City of San Diego Mayor Kevin Faulconer and Council President Todd Gloria will be joining Balboa Park Cultural Partnership (BPCP) at the San Diego Air & Space Museum on March 17 to announce the official launch of the Balboa Park Explorer pass family of products. The event will also mark the announcement of the special opportunity for San Diegans to become Charter Explorers. Annual Balboa Park Explorer passes purchased by April 17 will receive a three year price lock upon renewal along with an exclusive insignia Charter Explorer printed on their personalized pass. Event festivities will include more than 50 children on-site to use their Balboa Park Explorer pass for the first time.
