The event will also mark the announcement of the special opportunity for San Diegans to become Charter Explorers. Annual Balboa Park Explorer passes purchased by April 17 will receive a three year price lock upon renewal along with an exclusive insignia Charter Explorer printed on their personalized pass. Event festivities will include more than 50 children on-site to use their Balboa Park Explorer pass for the first time.
