    HS-68P ANTIFOAM
    Description
    The traditional antifoam silicone emulsion used in the textile dyeing, printing, papermaking, electrolyte and the surface coating always cause certain defects, for example dyeing speck and metal surface reprocessing. In order to improve this, HS68P is designed to use in various fluids specially, it can remove foam which caused by the solution itself or agitating the air. It also won't cause dyeing speck.

    Applications
    HS-68P can apply in the system of dye vat, the printing or jet dyeing to remove foam. It can improve the working efficiency. It also can remove foam in these processes of synthetic resin , papermaking, coating.

    Packaging
    120 kg drums.

    Characteristics
    Apply to various fluids. It won't cause dyeing speck. It can remove foam form efficiently. Apply to high temperature condition

    To dilute to 10% emulsion (filter before packaging) HS-68P W CB-3 ANTI Milky white liquid 30 61.5 WATER 0.98~1.02 under 130 C TOTAL:(10%) Usage is 0.1~0.3% 40KG 80KG 0.4KG 0.1KG 120.5KG

    Storage
    When stored in its original unopened packaging at a temperature between +5 C and + 40 C, HS-68P may be stored for up to 16 months from its date of manufacture (expiry date). Comply with the storage instructions and expiry date marked on the packaging. Past this date, TAI COUNTY no longer guarantees that the product meets the sales specifications.
