To study the temperature variation of the thermo-emf of a copper constantan

thermocouple and the temperature variation of the forward bias of the Si diode. Aim: To determine (h,k,l) values and lattice parameters for different compounds of different structures by analyzing XRD data.

Aim: a) To plot the static characteristics (V-I and transfer characteristics) of an n-channel JFET and to determine its parameters.Drain source saturation current, Pinch off voltage, Maximum value of Transconductance, , Drain source saturation current (from transfer characteristics) ,Pinch off voltage (from transfer characteristics) , Maximum value of Transconductance, b) Set up and plot the frequency response of a common source JFET amplifier. Also find the band width.
