Use a colour photocopier to reproduce these signs. Don't forget you can have them blown up or reduced to suit your buildings exactly. Mount them on thin card using contact adhesive and frame them in balsa strip.

i.Undercoat the window in matt black.

ii. Paint the top two thirds of the panes in sky blue to which a little black has been added.

iii. Paint the frame the desired colour and add a dab of unmixed sky blue to the top half of the panes.

iv. Lightly dry brush the frame with off-white and paint a dot of white in the corner of each pane to simulate a shine.
