    The Collaborative is a networking group for representatives from local helping agencies and nonprofits. This
    meeting is open to the public and will feature representatives from Dare County Transportation, Dare County
    Department of Health and Human Services, Hands of Hope, the Cancer Resource Center at the Outer Banks
    Hospital, the Outer Banks Relief Foundation, the Greater Albemarle Chapter of the American Red Cross and East
    Carolina Behavioral Health and more.
