Divide red bean puree into several equal portions. Cover with cling wrap. Flatten into thin round pieces. 2. Put sieved flour and egg juice in a deep bowl. Pour in some water. Bat well to form a thin batter. Stir in tbsp. oil for later use.Heat a frying pan. Brush on a little oil. Pour in some batter. Shallow fry into a few round sheets. 3. Put red bean pice on above sheet. Roll from two sides. Cut into pieces. Dish up and serve.
