In shaft system shown in the figure below, the shaft is drived by the belt pulley and transmits power to another shaft through the plain gear. Belt forces are T1= 3600 N and T2=1600 N. As an addition to the circumferential force F , a radial force, Fr = Ftan20 also acts to the gear. Shaft material is Fe60, do=100 mm. The gravity loads of pulley and gear is neglected. n=1200 d/dak.

a) Calculate bearing forces on A and B b) Choose bearings for a life of 20000 operating hours. c) Draw an assembly of the system.
