Level 1 is an entry-level class and designed for all new students, men and women alike and various degrees of physical fitness. Students will learn Krav Magas fighting stance and movement, various punches, kicks, elbows and knees, and how to defend against punches, chokes, headlocks and wrist grabs. The intensity of the workout develops a strong core, increases endurance, and raises flexibility. Students who train an average of two to three times per week should expect to complete the curriculum for Level 1 in four months and may qualify to test to proceed to Level 2.
