Title One Goals (Miah Reynoso and Zoei Mathews) Mathematics: The students, Zoie and Miah, will

understand that digits in a two-digit number represent the amount of tens and ones in a number and can use this knowledge to compare numbers using the symbols (<,>, and =), identify the amount of tens and ones in a number, write the number in expanded form, and be able to compose the number using drawings or manipulatives. Standards: CCSS.Mathematics.1.NBT.2: Understand that the two digits in a two-digit number represent amounts of tens and ones. CCSS.Mathematics.1.NBT.3 Compare two two-digit numbers based on meanings of the tens and ones digits, recording the results of comparisons with the symbols <, >, and =.

English Language Arts: The student, Miah, will read level E text with sufficient accuracy and fluency demonstrating purpose, understanding, expression, and use of reading strategies. The student will also demonstrate an understanding of syllables, sounds, and words by reading sight word list 2 with 100% accuracy. (Miah) The student, Zoei, will read level G text with sufficient accuracy and fluency demonstrating purpose, understanding, expression, and use of reading strategies. The student will also demonstrate an understanding of syllables, sounds, and words by reading sight word list 9 with 100% accuracy.

Standards: CCSS.ELA.RF.1.2 Demonstrate an understanding of spoken words, syllables, and sounds (phonemes) CCSS.ELA.RF.1.4 Read with sufficient accuracy and fluency to support comprehension a.
