    Event Distributors and Sales team receive trade launch invites and distribute to participants

    8am EML team arrive at Nairobi Venue and set up the banners and ensure room is ready for conference to begin at 10. 10.30am 11.00am Arrival of participants. Participants will receive light refreshments and proceed with registration 11.00 - Briefing begins 12.30pm Briefing ends 12.30pm Lunch is served 2.30pm Participants free to leave at their leisure.

    Tuesday 26th January 2010 MOMBASA Whitesands Hotel

    8am EML team arrive at Venue and set up the banners and ensure room is ready for conference to begin at 10..(EML Team to travel to Mombasa the night before) 10.30am 11.00am Arrival of participants. Participants will receive light refreshments and proceed with registration 11.00 - Briefing begins 12.30pm Briefing ends 12.30pm Lunch is served
