Patrick Abeyta (4-20-74) 6’0 155 lbs.

Wanted for Felony Homicide out of Denver & Flight-Escape by the FBI.
AKAs – Mark Abeyta.
Identifying Characteristics – Tattoo Left Arm and Wrist. Tattoo Right Arm and
Breast. Scar on Abdomen.

CAUTION – SUSPECT IS ARMED AND DANGEROUS / VIOLENT OFFENDER.

Officers responded to the location of 46 Xavier Street on a report of a house fire. Upon
entering the home, Fire Department personnel located the deceased female victim in the
basement. Subsequent investigation found that the perpetrator intentionally set the fire.
The Coroner determined the cause of death as related to sharp force injury. Detectives
identified a suspect as Patrick Abeyta, 4/20/74. The Denver District Attorney accepted
charges for Murder in the First Degree and issued an At Large warrant. Additional
investigation found that the suspect might have fled to Mexico.
