Representative from Councilman Clarkes Office Karen Phillips Darrell Clarkes office number is 215.686.3442. The office is open 9-5 every business day; they are getting many questions about zoning issues, particularly low- to moderate-housing, which is a concern since Fishtown is booming with construction and new residents; Clarke is particularly concerned with meeting 311-related needs because City Council is aware that 311 is not always functioning the way it should. Councilman Clarke will be looking to meet with the FNA at an upcoming GMM. He was hoping to come in April, but it looks like April will not work for him.
