    Dear Rohit Singh, With refer to discussion we had with you , we on behalf of RPITUL MACHINES are Pleased to offer you the position of Sales Executive and invite you to join PRITUL MACHINES family. As well company will provide to you, salary 25,000 (Cash)per month. He allowance, benefits and other terms & condition of your employment will be as per company policies are applicable from time to time .Your compensation will bereviewed in future as per company policy. On the joining the company you shall be on probation for six months .You will abide by the rules & regulation of the company as may in force from time to time . We welcome you aboard and detailed appointment letter will be given to you at the time of joining .we expect you to join on the 1/03/2013in line with discussion with you .otherwise this offer letter will stand withdrawn automatically.
