    • There is a different dynamic to the manner in which full time

    • How are you wired ? Wired for success or meritocracy?

    • Do we compete with ourselves to improve each game out?

    • Does our mind of an eye? If so, is it for accomplishment or failure?

    • How do you validate your work?

    • How do we judge the quality of our work - subjective or objective?

    • There is a correlation to the number of games worked and how we


    perceive ourselves as being a successful official

    • Always be on the lookout for challenges and stay updated on the


    latest rules and philosophies in officiating.
