Join us for a scrapbooking fundraiser to help our Relay For Life team
When? Where? How much? Why? 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday, April 12, 2014 Fostoria High School Cafeteria $25.00 donation to our Relay For Life team Together we can crop cancer out of peoples lives!

Enjoy a day of scrapbooking (or whatever craft youd like!) so others may someday enjoy a cancer -free day doing whatever they like Your donation will go to the American Cancer Society as part of our teams Relay For Life contributions. A light lunch and snacks will be provided along with additional goodies Two Make-and-Take card projects will be available for an extra $5 donation. Door prizes will be available, too! To reserve your spot, complete the following form and return it no later than April 5th with your $25.00 donation (check to American Cancer Society) to Amy Baxter at Fostoria Junior Senior High School, 1001 Park Avenue, Fostoria, OH 44830.
