Entertainment Network India Limited (ENIL), a subsidiary of Times Infotainment Media Limited (TIML), the holding company promoted by Bennett, Coleman & Company Limited (BCCL)- the flagship company of the Times of India Group, was incorporated in 1999.

It is listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange of India Limitedand the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
ENIL Operates in the radio broadcasting segment, out-ofhome media segment and experiential marketing segment.

Operations under the brand 'Radio Mirchi'. No.1 Radio brand in the private FM space. Network across 14 states with 32 stations. More than 41 million listeners across all its stations.

EXPERIENTIAL MARKETING
Operations under the subsidiary Alternate Brand Solutions (India) Limited (ABSL). Operating under the brand 360o Includes Experiential Marketing and Below the Line Solutions (BTL). Managers its own event brands like Spell Bee, Gadget Awards, Design Warz and Teen Diva
