WHAT COULD HAVE BEEN DONE TO AVOID THE EVENT

Employee Labour Relationship should had been maintained in decorum. Flexibility is the key, not the cheapness.

Treat workers in the factory like humans. The workers should refrain from taking law into their own hands.
