I would recommend her highly for tenure. In my time working with Michelle, she has proven her devotion and dedication to the SHMS community. On a personal level, Michelle is a motivated and caring person. Her many years of experience make her a good fit at the team and building level. She has willingly shared her expertise to design and create, cohesive, 6th grade Common Core English units. As a teacher Michelle is always prepared, and well planned to deliver effective and appropriate lessons. She is committed to seeing that all her students succeed and is willing to put in the extra time to do so. In addition, she has a good rapport with her students and is well liked by parents, teachers and administrators. It is for these reasons I believe Michelle has proven to be an asset to our district.
