Really useful section in part two on academic profiles, and the dos and donts for each subject statement this section was co-written by university admission tutors. The subject specific recommended reading and websites is also very helpful. Senior, M and Mannix P Writing an effective personal statement a step by step guide Senior Press (2005) A very thorough examination of how to write an outstanding personal statement; and then make it even better.
