Case Study Order Management System Order Management System is a system that record the ordering made by customer.

The order have two separate types, there are special order and normal order. The customer will call for making order. The system also record the location of customer send order and receive order such as also note the number and date of the order. The order management system is extends the function from the special and normal order function. The special order is different with the normal order. The function inside the special order includes allow user to confirm, close and dispatch. Otherwise, normal order maintain the same function with the special order and add one extra function is to allow user receive.
