Manicotti

Ingredients:
1 c. 2 c. 8 oz 2 9 2 26oz cans Mild cheddar Mozzarella Cottage cheese Eggs, beaten Manicotti noodles, cooked Spaghetti sauce

Directions:
Mix together cheese and eggs and fill cooked pasta shells. Spread a thin layer of spaghetti sauce on the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Cover manicotti with remaining sauce. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Ingredients:
lb Ground beef 1 clove Garlic, crushed 1 c (8oz) Cream style cottage cheese 4 oz Shredded mozzarella cheese t Salt c. Mayo 8 Manicotti noodles, cooked and drained 1 16 oz can Spaghetti sauce t Dried oregano leaves

Directions:
1. 2. 3. Brown meat and garlic in skillet; drain. Blend next four ingredients in bowl. Stir in meat. (Add spinach if desired.) Fill manicotti with c of filling each. Sprinkle remaining cheese mixture in sauce. Cover with spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle oregano and Parmesan. Cover with foil, bake at 325 for 15 minutes, then remove foil and bake 10 minutes.
