Section 11 : Exercises

This section has the exercises to complete for assignment 1 (see appendix Section 12). For all exercises you will have to create: -3D model, -2D drawing with all dimension and highlight all detail, work in .drw and .pdf format. For the assignment 1 you will have to create: -On-line diary (see appendix Section 12) -Report (see appendix Section 12) Exercise 1 Draw a 3D model of the mechanical component, shown in figure 11.1.

Hints: to sketch the base of the model, you can follow the instructions given in Example 0 in section2, but in this case, you will have to draw three circles rather than two as shown in figure 11.2.
