As a member of ______, we are both an organization in both the University and in the Seattle community through numerous activities including fundraisers, service projects, and cultural and social events. With that, we would like to broaden our horizons and continue our support of the charities that work overseas. On May 10th, we will be organizing an annual student-run charity fundraiser known as Xun Festival, or Spring Festival. The purpose of this cultural event is to support a charity that efficiently works to transform the health, education and communities of disadvantaged people in Asia. With over three hundred guests, sharing in our celebration of the Vietnamese culture, it is a collaborative effort and commitment of the entire club, local businesses, and the community itself that will enable us to celebrate the richness and pride of the Vietnamese culture.

We are holding the benefit dinner on _________ at ________ in order to raise money for the Blue Dragon Childrens Foundation. Any proceeds made are directly used help support the multiple programs that Blue Dragon Childrens Foundation offers, including rescuing victims of human trafficking, supporting youth with disabilities, providing a brighter future for kids in the country many of us call home. We will be holding a desert auction at the dinner, and I was wondering if __________ would be willing to donate one box of pastries enough for 10 to help out our cause? We are expecting a minimum of 400 individuals to attend our benefit dinner, so it would definitely be great local publicity for __________! If you would like an advertisement space in our program, the donation is set at $150 for a full-page ad and $75 for a half-page ad. Your donation will also be tax deductible. Attached is our procurement form. A little goes a long way, so anything will help!
