ABSTRACT RISK FAKTOR RELATED TO RELAPS IN PATIENTS ASTHMA IN WORKING AREA OF PUSKESMAS WONOGIRI I NORTH LAMPUNG IN 2013

BY: YOSEP SUGIANTORO Asthma is a lung disease caused by inflammation and constriction of the airways that is caused by air pollution (industrial, motor vehicles, forest fires, etc.), people's lifestyle (obesity, allergens such as house dust mites, house dust, animal hair and allergens outside homes like a cigarette. Humans in the world whose asthma disease on 2010 about 300 millions (17,4%). If this doesnt have good controlise there will increas till 400 million in 2025. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with recurrence of asthma. Design of this research is a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional. Number of population is 65 and sample was 65 respondents sampling technique is totally sampling. Analyis with univariat and bivariat. The results showed that factors associated with recurrence of asthma are a family factors of smoking (p value = 0.017) OR (95%CI) = 3.500 (1,22-9,97) a factor of food allergy (p value = 0.000) and OR (95%CI) = 30.600(6,031155,253) climate change factors (p value =0,023) and OR (95%CI)=3.543 (1,15910,832).Suggestion for health officer ini Puskesmas Wonogiri I Kotabumi Lampung Utara to promote about risk factor of asthma, in such away to improve people with asthma can prevent recurrence.
