    Tools for Checking the Installation

    This file contain some macros to check the version, some paths and some registry keys. You can also uninstall unused addins and templates. (For further information please refer to OSS note 159499.)

    1. Check the installation:


    Go to the menu Tools Macro Macros (dt. ersion! "#tras $ %akro $ %akros). For Office &''( and higher, go to menu Developer Macros. Select the macro CheckSettings and click on Run.

    )unning the macro creates a ne* document that contains the output of the investigations. +ust store the document and sent it to S,- in case of trou.le.

    2. Uninstall Add-Ins: To uninstall unused addins and templates use the macro UnInstall !!Ins.
    Go to the menu Tools Macro Macros (dt. ersion! "#tras $ %akro $ %akros). For Office &''( and higher, go to menu Developer Macros. Select the macro CheckSettings and click on Run.

    This macro *ill uninstall and remove ""#$% addins and *ill create a ne* document that lists all ,dd/ns tha have .een removed.
