    An Introduction 2) Short-Circuit Contribution (CANSIA study findings) - (LMarti / LTang) 3) Anti-Islanding Utility Needs & Protection Strategies (P Sharma) 4) Kinectrics Test Results: (a) Short circuit contribution, (b) Performance of Active antiislanding protections with multiple inverters 5) Emerging Ride-Through Standards (IESO; TPD) 6) Microgrid: Pipe Dream or Inevitable?

    The following issues apply to all DG types, not just inverters, but may warrant consideration for inclusion: 7) Joint Use issues: induction causing TOV, NEV issues; accidental contact with underbuild 8) Safety Grounding: challenges in meeting requirements on standalone basis (footprint determined by project size, but grounding dictated by PCC stiffness, i.e. utility supply)

    9) Panel Discussion Topics: Ride-through: Should functionality be mandated for all VA ratings? Penalties for nonperformance when required? How to deal with existing installations grandfather or upgrade? Conflicting anti-islanding issues?
