Quincy Street Stabbing

On 10/25/09, at 12:13 a.m. Bakersfield Police responded to a report of a

stabbing in the 1400 block of Quincy Street.

Upon arrival, officers located an adult male lying in the roadway suffering
from a stab wound to his torso. He was transported to Kern Medical Center
where he is in critical condition.

Due to the severity of the victim’s injury, Bakersfield Police homicide

detectives responded to the scene and are conducting the investigation.

There is no suspect information available for release at this time.

The investigation is continuing.
