Magomed Magomedov To Co-Own a Portion of Summa Group Assets
Brother of Summa Group founder Ziyyavudin Magomedov, Magomed Magomedov, will co-own some of the groups companies. Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port have had issues regarding their engineering division, telecommunications business and assets of late. The Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service recently granted relevant applications for the legal formalization for Magomed Magomedovs rights as a co-owner last December, 2013.
On January 22nd 2014 Summa Group joined with Kremenchug Plant of Road Machines, from the Ukraine, to supply three asphalt concrete plants in Dagestan, western Russia. Kremenchug Plant of Road Machines will deliver the three plants and set up each plant that has a capacity of 1, 536 tons per day. These will produce high-quality asphalt with the use of mineral additives using advanced technology. The project will modernize the regions road industry which needs upgrading. Stroynovatsiya Wins Tender for Astrakhan and Makhachkala Road Linking
Summa Group working company Stroynovatsiya, Ltd working in the oil and gas industry has won a tender to link Astrakhan and Makhachkala. The tender is worth nearly RUB 7.148 billion. The Caucasus Highway Administration of the Federal Road Agency tender grants the building of two R-215 road segments linking the areas through the Republic of Kalmykia. The two road segments will be approximately 95km long. Stroynovatsiya aims to have the road completed by 2017.
