4-Slot Bifold Assembly Directions:
1. Print off this sheet of paper on a printer 2. Precisely cut out each shape with a straight edge and razor (or scissors) 3. Optional but recommended: Trace paper shapes onto cardboard or other stiff cardstock type material and cut out with care 4. With a scratch awl, carefully outline the shapes on the leather 5. With your straight edge and razor blade, cut out leather pieces 6. Burnish all edges that wont be able to be reached when stitched 7. Stitch the bottom of the rst T slot to the interior of the bifold piece (see below). Repeat with the second T slot 8. Glue the bottom rectangle slots over the T slots and align them as close as possible (see below) 9. Stitch the inner side of each piece to just the interior bifold piece (see below). Repeat with both sides 10. Glue one side of the interior bifold piece to the exterior piece and stitch the bottom and outer edge (see below). Repeat with other side 7. 8.
