Michele has always displayed a relaxed demeanor, gentleness, and patience with our four children. She started helping us with our children when she was 17 years old. Our oldest daughter is developmentally impaired, struggles with verbal communication, and has autism. Our three younger children are very verbal, active, and loving siblings. Michele was amazing with them all. We were able to go out on date night, and not worry about their play time with Michele. She was always dependable and punctual. Her contribution to our family was valued greatly. There were times when she would take one or more child on an outing. When they returned to tell stories of their adventures with Michele, we were always so impressed with the fun things they did together. Our children have fond memories of Michele. Michele would be an asset to any professional environment that marries strong family love and creative ways to help children be more confident. Each of our children has such varied personalities, and she embraced who they are as individuals, while keeping a controlled healthy pace to their activities. That is no simple task.
