Philosophy of Education I believe that every child is a special individual who deserves a safe, caring and motivating learning

environment. Each child should be allowed to grow emotionally, academically, physically and socially. Their learning environment should inspire them to grow exponentially past their fullest potential. An educator needs to be open to different styles of learning, be a risk-taker

and a support system for each student that

steps into their classroom. Teachers are the guides for the children to open doors and provide access to information and possibilities their students never thought were possible. The goal of being an educator is to instil each student with a love for learning. An educator needs to be flexible, compassionate and learn from their students.
